Quality Assurance Analyst (NCS/Job/ 2615)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, strong knowledge of QA methodologies, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts for regression and functional testing.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman and validate integration points.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
• Utilize GIT for version control and SQL/DB for data validation and backend testing.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to Agile processes for continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Web and Mobile App Testing (Manual & Automation).
• Proficiency in Automation Tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of API Testing using Postman.
• Experience with GIT for version control and SQL/Database testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
