· Prepare Quality dashboards to be presented to customer. Interact with Senior Stakeholders.
· Ensure ITIL operational process compliance for the program to deliver the services
· Own and manage continuous improvement program/themes (Pragati, Leans, SIPs, Process training)
· Showcase process improvements and present quality parameters to customer on an on-going basis.
· Conduct regular Ticket reviews and publish reports with customer and Wipro.
. Ensure Quality KPI compliance, facilitate in conducting RCA for SLA misses and action planning.
We need process excellence folks with IT experience. Lean or six sigma or CMMI/ITIL is must for this role.
Primary
We conducted a live sourcing session yesterday to support the Quality-related demand. The client is specifically seeking a candidate with expertise in Quality practices such as 7 QC Tools, Lean Six Sigma, and Quality Assurance, in addition to experience working in a Service Desk environment, particularly within the IT domain.
