Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Salesforce testing, test case management using Rally, SQL-based data validation, and API automation. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications through comprehensive test planning, execution, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform manual testing including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Manage test cases and defect tracking using Rally (CA Agile Central).
• Conduct Salesforce application testing, ensuring system functionality and data integrity.
• Design and execute SQL queries for backend data validation.
• Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy definition for projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7–12 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
• Strong hands-on experience with Rally for test management and defect tracking.
• Solid experience in Salesforce testing (functional, integration, and regression).
• Strong proficiency in SQL for backend data validation.
• Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent).
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks (TestNG, Maven, Jenkins preferred).
• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
