Python AI Engineer (NCS/Job/ 3664)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-based applications using Python
• Build scalable backend services and APIs for AI-driven platforms
• Work on Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and automation solutions
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI frameworks into applications
• Perform data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimization
• Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders
• Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and production-grade AI solutions
• Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and performance optimization

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, RAG, or prompt engineering
• Knowledge of NLP techniques and vector databases
• Experience in developing REST APIs using Flask/FastAPI/Django
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Git/version control systems

Good to Have

• Experience with OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar AI platforms
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment
• Exposure to AI agents and automation workflows
• Experience in chatbot or recommendation engine development
• Understanding of data engineering concepts

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
