• Experience of on prem to cloud migrations
• Experience of doing PoC / discovery work to assess suitability and options for migrating

It's key the resources have strong Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure Architecture Experience, Experience with migrations from on prem to cloud and have great elicitation, communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Key requirements and desired nice-to-have requirements.

The key Must-have aspects are:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Experience working with customer or clients translating business requirements into Infrastructure Architecture proposed solutions.
• Experience with migrations from on-premises to Cloud (Azure).
• Great communication skills / ability to communicate to broad audiences, technical and non-technical.
•  Although it’s a nice-to-have to have application architecture experience, the key focus should be cloud infrastructure experience with Azure.
