Identifying potential vendors for related material procurement & labor suppliers.
Compare & evaluate offers from suppliers & preparing comparative statements
Negotiate with vendors/suppliers for pricing
Track Orders until ensuring timely delivery of materials to site
Review quality of purchased products & specifications with site project manager
Correspondence & dealing with suppliers, carriers regarding shortages/rejections by site personnel
Maintain the details eg., Vendors, quantities, prices into internal database.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information & purchases.
Prepare reports on purchases including cost analysis
Maintenance of progressive expenditure statement project wise
Procurement as per BOQ & place order if necessary, in consultation with site personnel.
