Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong exposure to Embedded Software and Hardware projects. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring predictable execution on timelines, quality, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end embedded software and hardware projects from initiation to closure

• Own project planning: scope, estimates, timelines, milestones, resource plan, and deliverables

• Manage cross-functional teams (Embedded SW, HW, QA, Systems, etc.) and drive execution rigor

• Ensure adherence to schedule, cost, quality, and delivery commitments

• Drive customer/stakeholder communication: status updates, reviews, escalation handling

• Identify risks/issues early and implement mitigation and corrective actions

• Manage change requests and maintain clear project documentation

• Work with engineering leadership to improve delivery processes and execution maturity

• Use project tracking tools (JIRA/MS Project/Excel dashboards) to ensure transparency

Mandatory Requirements

• MBA is mandatory

• 8–10 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years working as a Project Manager

• Strong experience managing Embedded Software and Embedded Hardware development projects

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills

• Strong planning, tracking, and delivery ownership mindset

Educational Qualifications

• MBA (preferred)

• BE/B.Tech in CS / Electrical / Electronics / ECE (preferred), from a reputed institute

Preferred / Added Advantage

• PMP Certification is a huge plus (or equivalent project management certification)

• Experience in engineering services / product development environment is preferred
