Project Incharge (NCS/Job/ 2536)

The project incharge will provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence to ensure Mayon Infra Projects grows sustainably in theTurnkey Projects,design & built/GC projects. The role demands strong business acumen, people leadership, and proven experience in delivering large-scale projects with profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

· Define and execute long-term growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in  Turnkey Projects,design & built/GC projects. 
· Manage P&L, budgets, and ensure financial health of the company.
· Oversee timely and quality execution of all projects.
· Build strategic alliances with government bodies, clients, and industry stakeholders.
· Drive operational efficiency through systems, processes, and performance monitoring.
· Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and safety regulations.
· Lead, mentor, and inspire the leadership team and workforce.
· Represent the company in external forums, building brand and industry presence.

Qualification & Experience :

· BE/B.Tech in Architecture /Civil Engineering, Diploma in Architecture/related field
(mandatory).

· 15 years of experience, with minimum 8-10 years in top leadership roles in  Turnkey Projects,design & built/GC projects. 

· Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and delivering profitability.
