Job Description

• Provide first and second-line support for Oracle Primavera Unifier, diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues. • Manage user access, permissions, and security roles within the Unifier application. • Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to understand requirements and assist with configuration and customization of business processes. • Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and proactively identify potential issues. • Document support activities, resolutions, and process changes. • Liaise with Oracle Support for escalation and resolution of complex issues. • Assist with user training and creation of support materials as needed. • Participate in system upgrades, patching, and integration testing. • Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance requirements in all system activities Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier as an administrator or support analyst. • Familiarity with Unifier modules such as project and cost management, schedule management, and business process configuration. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Good understanding of database concepts (e.g., SQL) and web technologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working in environments with strong security and compliance requirements preferred. • Oracle certifications relevant to Unifier or Primavera suite. • Experience with integration between Unifier and other enterprise systems. • Previous experience in the construction, engineering, or capital project industries
