Pricing Analyst (NCS/Job/ 2544)

Pricing & Tariff Support • Assist in maintaining and enhancing pricing tools and reports. • Bill off tariffs accurately and in a timely manner. • Prepare and manage import documentation including: • USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement) • AUSFTA (Australia-United States Free Trade Agreement) • Country of Origin reports Customer Documentation & Coordination • Coordinate the completion of customer questionnaires by identifying and engaging the correct internal resources • Upload required documentation to customer portals. System & Data Management • Data entry for complaints into Cloud 4 Customer (C4C) and CAQ systems. • Submit and track customer account maintenance requests. • Process credit limit increase requests. Reporting & Analysis • Analyze data to recommend improved Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) that enhance customer value. • Generate and maintain updated Lead Time reports.
