Practice Leader - IBM Asset and Facilities Management (NCS/Job/ 3987)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Practice Development

• Define and execute the growth strategy for IBM asset and Facilities management offerings, integrating Maximo, Tririga, and Envizi into a cohesive practice.
• Build and mature the practice by developing leadership pipelines, transitioning junior leads into billable consulting roles, and expanding delivery capacity.
• Align practice goals with enterprise sustainability targets and transformation agendas.

P&L Ownership and Financial Reporting

• Own full profit and loss accountability for the IBM asset management and facilities practice.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
• Drive revenue growth to achieve a $50 million annual target through new business development, client expansion, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including revenue tracking, margin analysis, and cost optimization.
• Present financial performance and projections to executive leadership and stakeholders.

AI Thought Leadership

• Champion the integration of AI into asset management solutions, including predictive maintenance, intelligent asset management, and ESG analytics.
• Promote AI-powered workplace management and decision support systems using IBM’s watsonx and MAS platforms.
• Lead initiatives such as MaximoNxt and contribute to IBM’s WatsonX AI strategy.
• Drive innovation in AI workflows, including natural language processing, anomaly detection, and automated work order generation.

Solution & Delivery Oversight

• Oversee delivery of intelligent asset management, ESG reporting, predictive maintenance, and smart building solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of Maximo and Tririga with Envizi for enhanced analytics and operational sustainability.
• Lead technical enablement and prototype development for pilot customers.

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Engage with clients to understand asset and facilities management goals and tailor IBM solutions to meet those needs.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities leveraging domain and consulting capabilities.
• Represent the practice in strategic forums, including partner briefings and enablement sessions.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

• Promote adoption of AI-powered  Asset management , workplace management and advanced analytics in the domain.
• Lead initiatives like POWERED2INNOVATE to align with IBM’s POWER’BY strategy.
• Contribute to industry thought leadership through participation in forums and publication of best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, with at least 5 years in asset management domains.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and scaling global practices.
• Deep expertise in IBM Maximo, Tririga, and Envizi platforms.
• Demonstrated success in P&L ownership and scaling practices to $50M+.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
