Job Title: Performance Test Engineer 

Mandatory: Neoload, JMeter 

Secondary Skill: LoadRunner, Power BI

We are looking for a highly skilled performance test engineer with hands-on experience in E2E performance testing with performance engineering capabilities.  

Requirements 

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance engineering or related roles. 

• Strong expertise in NeoLoad(Mandatory)/JMeter for load and stress testing. 

• Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace. 

• Proficiency in performance tuning and troubleshooting complex systems E2E - End to End.  

• Strong understanding of API Performance testing and testing input & endpoints using REST API.  

• Performance Testing for Power BI experience would be an added advantage. 

• Solid understanding of system architecture’s, cloud environments, and databases & Integrations. 

• Strong experience using writing Database queries (SQL). 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & Excellent communication, Great Presentation skills and teamwork abilities. 

• Worked in Agile Environment / teams (SAFE Agile) & familiar with using JIRA & Confluence. 

• Good understanding of how to use Git / GitHub and push/merge code into Repository. 

• Know how to utilize Parallel Execution for more efficient ways of working. 

• Should have knowledge on performance engineering, tunning concepts.   

• Coordinate offshore/Onshore Team and accomplish the tasks on time.  

Nice to have:     

• Performance Testing for Power BI application. 

• Familiarity with any scripting languages (Python, Shell, JavaScript & BDD).
