Job Title: Performance Tester – JMeter & Grafana

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester with hands-on experience in load and performance testing using JMeter and monitoring/visualization using Grafana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring application scalability, stability, and responsiveness under varying workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance test scenarios
• Create and maintain test scripts using JMeter
• Analyze system performance under different load conditions and identify bottlenecks
• Monitor application and infrastructure metrics using Grafana dashboards
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to optimize system performance
• Prepare performance test reports, including analysis and recommendations
• Validate system performance against SLAs and non-functional requirements
• Support performance tuning for applications, APIs, and databases
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines (where applicable)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in performance testing using Apache JMeter
• Hands-on experience with Grafana for monitoring and visualization
• Good understanding of:
  • Load testing concepts (throughput, latency, concurrency)
  • Web applications, APIs, and microservices architecture
• Experience in analyzing CPU, memory, network, and database performance metrics
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, REST APIs
• Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting
