What you’ll bring •
3 years related experience in people analytics role •
MBA or Social Science masters or similar •
Hands On experience in people data analytics and well verse with visualization software’s (preferably Tableau) •
Have coding experience of developing predictive models in people analytics space • Technology implementation and change management experience •
Demonstrated ability to align technology to improve business performance •
Experience with cloud-based people analytics software is an asset Core HR & Business Knowledge •
Understanding of HR processes – recruitment, attrition, performance, engagement, L&D, compensation • Workforce metrics – attrition rate, time-to-fill, diversity ratios, engagement scores, productivity •
Business acumen – ability to link people data to business outcomes (e.g., sales, revenue, customer satisfaction) Analytical & Technical Skills •
Data visualization tools - Power BI, Tableau • Statistical analysis – Excel (advanced), or SPSS for workforce trends, regression, clustering, forecasting •
Database knowledge – ability to pull, clean, and transform HR and business data •
Predictive analytics – basic exposure to predictive modeling (e.g., attrition prediction, performance prediction) •
Data cleaning & wrangling – handling large datasets from multiple HRIS/engagement tools
