Job Description
| Functional 80% - Technical 20% Years of Experience 07-10 Years Key Responsibilities: • Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functional consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert to support the team through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Projects. • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Learning. • Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Learning. • Identify functionality gaps in Oracle Learning and build extensions for them. • Advise the HCM team on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems. • Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups. • Able to configure Courses, Offerings, Activities, Global Access Groups, Learning assignments and other Learning processes. • Interact with customer business/IT teams convey the solution. Perform as-is assessments suggest to-be processes/functionality. • Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects. • Develop Security and Validation Strategies Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud – Learning • Preparing and executing validation scripts, testing scenarios, and developing test scripts. The candidate must have: • 7+ years of implementation experience in HCM Cloud – Learning • Should have worked on at least one end-to-end implementation of Fusion HCM application in the APAC/China Region and NA Region • Must have good knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance. • Experience in capturing business requirements, working with client key stakeholders, and conducting workshops. • Must be well versed with the Life Cycle Methodology for Fusion Projects. • Ability to interact with technical and functional internal teams at all levels. • Ability to interact with customers, and communicate with IT, HR Team, and leadership. • Ability to work on integrations with third-day systems like ADP etc. • Knowledge of redwood. • Must be well versed with Oracle HCM – Learning quarterly patches. • Ability to work independently on tasks assigned. Candidate should have: • Experience in user interfaces, reports, and documentation (functional technical). • Knowledge of intra-module dependencies for all HCM value streams. • Should have worked in handling inbound and outbound interfaces via cloud integration tools like OIC. • Experience in Oracle Fusion business process configuration, Workflows, Security, and other required configurations. • Should have a good understanding of localization features. • Should have good exposure to customer-facing roles in implementation, Rollout and Support Engagements. It is good to have, • Should have good knowledge of Data loading tools like - HCM Data Loader, and HCM spreadsheet loader. • Should have good knowledge of HCM Transaction Design Studio, Autocomplete rules and Page Composer. Soft Skills: • Good in spoken and written communication • Candidate be Flexible to work in an agile environment |
