Monarch Product SME (Service Contract Management) - Functional

8 to 10 years of functional experience supporting Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules
• Must have experience in supporting - service and supplier contract agreements, including features for configurable service packages, contract renewals, flexible billing, and integrated entitlement processing, all within a Oracle Cloud environment.
• Must have experience of minimum 2 implementations involving Design and configure Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules, including contract templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Must have experience of minimum 2 implementations involving Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Billing modules
• Must have knowledge and experience to support PaaS and OIC integrations
• Ready to work in rotational shift and provide week-end on-call support
• Good understanding on Service level agreements framework
