Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Benefits module and Fast Formulas. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, client interactions, and configuration of Benefits processes in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits module including:
  • Benefit Programs, Plans, Plan Types, Coverage, Eligibility rules
  • Life events configuration and Open Enrollment processes
• Design and configure:
  • Benefit rates, derived factors, eligibility profiles
  • Benefit offerings aligned to business requirements
• Develop and support Fast Formulas:
  • Benefits enrolment, eligibility, coverage calculations
  • Integration with payroll and other modules
