Oracle App DBA (NCS/Job/ 2120)

R11/R12 installation, upgradation (to R12), patching, cloning, maintenance tuning, designing on multi node architecture

Installing & maintaining Multi lingual instances and Integration of R11/12 with Oracle FMW, SSO, OID, SOA, OBIEE, Hyperion & Discoverer and configuring application for Load Balancer & DMZ and Applying HRMS & Data Legislation patches

Experience in Applications parallel concurrent processing (PCP), Oracle Application Server, Oracle forms configuration, DMZ setup, shared and multi-node application tiers

Worked on RAC/RMAN/Goldengate and Data-guard systems

Experience in assigning the weekend scheduled tasks to team and tracking the weekend releases

Responsible in SLA tracking in Service Calls, Incidents and Change Tasks

Experience in providing RCA's for missed SLA tickets and P0 or P1 tickets

Ability to work independently and handle a team, work with business to gather requirements, prepare technical specification documents

Ability to create/review/audit technical specifications

Adhere to internal processes and tools to deliver projects, programs

Participate in regular meetings and provide status updates

Ability to work with distributed teams

Must be self-motivated with strong team orientation and the ability to learn quickly

Must be organized and capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Should be certified in OCI Professional

Should have excellent debugging skills

Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills

Should have experience engaging Oracle Support to research and resolve issue
