OneDrive Support Engineer (NCS/Job/ 2960)

Core Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot OneDrive sync, access, and configuration issues.
• Manage and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Document KB articles, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
• Provide pre/post‑migration support.
• Monitor OneDrive service health and escalate complex issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and users for technical guidance.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in OneDrive for Business and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online).
• Experience in Microsoft product troubleshooting.
• Understanding of M365 compliance & security features.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible (night/weekend) shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 support.
• Familiarity with OneDrive, Teams & SharePoint integrations.
