5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Strong hands-on experience with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Proven track record of Okta → Entra ID / Azure AD migration projects.
Expertise in authentication protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM.
Experience with Azure AD Connect, Microsoft Graph API, and PowerShell scripting.
Familiarity with MFA, Conditional Access, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Good understanding of cloud identity governance, Zero Trust, and hybrid identity models.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
