Seeking a skilled Oracle BRM Production Support Engineer and provide high-quality support for our billing and revenue management systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle BRM and a proven track record in handling critical production issues, performance tuning, and issue resolution in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support Oracle BRM production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Perform day-to-day BRM operations, including billing cycles, invoicing, and collections.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues in real-time.
• Handle system maintenance, deployments, and BRM patching activities.
• Provide on-call support and incident management as per SLA requirements.
• Maintain knowledge base, logs, and documentation for recurring issues and resolutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards.

 

Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Oracle BRM (v7.5 / v12 / v12 PS /  v15 ) in a production support role.
• Good understanding of BRM architecture including Pipeline, DM, and PCM components.
• Experience with billing and invoicing cycles, event handling, and product configuration.
• Strong in Unix/Linux scripting and PL/SQL for debugging and automation.
• Exposure to real-time rating, pricing, and subscription management systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Splunk, etc.) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy).

Good to Have:
• Knowledge of Oracle Communications Suite (OCOMC, PDC, ECE).
• Experience with cloud-hosted BRM deployments (OCI / AWS).
• ITIL Foundation Certification or understanding of ITIL processes.
