Network Engineer (NCS/Job/ 3225)

Designs and deploys functional networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN)

- Configures & maintains network hardware and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, wireless)

- Monitors network performance and troubleshoots issues to ensure high availability and reliability

- Performs network maintenance and system upgrades, OS upgrades/patching.

- Collaborates with security teams to implement and maintain network security measures.

- Maintains documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures

- Evaluates new networking technologies and makes recommendations for improvements

- Ensures compliance with industry standards and internal policies -

Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)

- Experience with network hardware (Cisco, Aruba, Riverbed etc.) -

Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools (NetBrain, LogicMointor) -

Familiarity with firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA) -

Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure) -

Experience with SD-WAN and network automation tools
