Job Description
3 years of experience in Network connectivity and implementation
Thorough practical understanding of the following network protocols and technologies :
Experience and deep understanding of protocols like Ethernet, IP, ARP, ICMP, UDP, TCP, NAT, DNS, tunnelling, packet tracing, network diagnostic tools
Basic practical understanding of the following network protocols and technologies : Wi-Fi, HTTP, HTTPS
Memorization and recollection are not acceptable substitutes for practical understanding
Identify available network connectivity at SPAED deployment sites using support from field engineer
Make sure the available connectivity matches expectations as per the solution document provided by TCL or its business associates
Highlight and escalate any differences
Upgrade the SPAED device with the right image as per last communicated project updates
Configure the basic network connectivity of the device (with support from field engineer if necessary)
Make sure the control plane connecting the device with the controller works
Configure the data plane of each unit as per solution document
Make sure the data plane works as per plan in the solution document
