These roles focus on configuring the Naehas platform's content rules and workflows to support personalized marketing and regulatory compliance.

Primary Duties: Configure dynamic content rules and templates using JavaScript. Manage customer communication workflows, ensure compliance rules are triggered correctly, and provide technical documentation to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Requirements: Experience with JavaScript, customer engagement/marketing workflows, and often integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Adobe Experience Platform.
