We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft QA professional with 7+ years of overall QA experience and strong expertise in Java Selenium automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing MuleSoft integrations and APIs, building and maintaining automation frameworks, and ensuring end-to-end quality across enterprise integration solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, a good understanding of API-led architecture, and the ability to work closely with developers, business analysts, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies for MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and related applications.
- Create and maintain automation test scripts using Java and Selenium for web-based validation scenarios.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI to validate REST/SOAP services.
- Validate MuleSoft flows, transformations, error handling, routing logic, and end-to-end integration behavior.
- Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Work closely with developers, solution architects, business analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools such as JIRA.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support SIT, regression, UAT, and release validation activities.
- Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and reporting are maintained for each release cycle.
