Mulesoft Architect Comptency Lead(C2 role) (NCS/Job/ 3102)

• Solution Architecture & Design

• Define API-led integration architecture leveraging MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Establish integration patterns, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Design highly scalable, secure, and reusable APIs for enterprise systems.

• Implementation & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation of MuleSoft solutions, including API design, development, and deployment.
• Ensure high availability, performance optimisation, and compliance with security standards.
• Drive CI/CD automation for MuleSoft deployments using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

• Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and enterprise architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to MuleSoft development teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor during client discussions and pre-sales engagements.

• Integration & Connectivity

• Integrate MuleSoft with Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
• Implement data transformation and orchestration using DataWeave.
• Ensure API security through OAuth, JWT, and other authentication mechanisms.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in integration architecture, with 3+ years on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Expertise in API-led connectivity, RAML/OAS specifications, and Mule runtime.
• Strong knowledge of DataWeave, API Manager, and Runtime Manager.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MuleSoft certifications: Certified Developer, Certified Integration Architect.
• Experience with Salesforce integration and enterprise middleware.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and large-scale digital transformation programmes.
