Role: Mid-level Software Engineer (GoLang)

Job Description: Mid-level Software Engineer with strong GoLang expertise to drive backend development and contribute to building scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of scalable, high-performance backend systems using GoLang.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable deployments.
• Design and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms leveraging Entra ID and OAuth frameworks.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, mentoring, and adoption of best practices across the team.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready.
• Apply knowledge of OGW and telecom domain integration where required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in GoLang-based application development.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and pipelines such as GitLab CI and Bamboo.
• Understanding of TM Forum (TMF) standards and their practical application in telecom solutions.
• Experience in AWS cloud
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments and command-line operations.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
