Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Microsoft Dynamics ERP Support Consultant to join our Application Support team. The role will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics applications, including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Dynamics NAV 2016 across multiple business functions such as Finance, Payroll, Warehouse Management, Trading, and Time & Attendance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP application support, strong functional understanding of business processes, and the ability to work closely with end users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure stable and efficient system operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics ERP applications.

· Investigate, analyze, and resolve production issues, service requests, and user-reported incidents within agreed service levels.

· Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.

· Monitor application health and proactively identify areas for improvement.

· Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

· Validate system changes and enhancements before deployment to production.

· Troubleshoot issues related to warehouse transactions, inventory movements, and order fulfillment processes.


Required Skills & Experience
· 3–5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP applications.

· Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

o Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)

o Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

o Microsoft Dynamics NAV

· Strong understanding of Finance, Payroll, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, or HR business processes.

· Experience working in an Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) or Production Support environment.

· Experience handling incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests.

· Familiarity with ticketing and support management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
