MEP Engineer (NCS/Job/ 2379)

• Working Knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, & schematics associated with MEP trade.
• Responsibility for site health, safety & supervision of material and human resource.
• Knowledge in Construction procedures & practices
• Knowledge in computer operation like excel, word, presentation etc.,
• Possess excellent communication & organizational skills

Job Requirements:

• Facilitate problem solving as may arise between MEP sub contractors during construction
• Validate design issues related to MEP & suggest alternate solutions
• Assist in the receipt & reviews of MEP submittals
• Ability to work as part of team
• Log & post all MEP changes & as built information on field drawings
• Assist in installation of MEP work
• Assist in the scope review, budgeting & justification of MEP change work order.
• Preparation of billing as per work done & comparing with BOQ
• Direct, monitor & control the activities of MEP contractors.
• Liasson with Consultants & ensure MEP sub contractors provides & adhere to relevant quality documentation records.
• Ensures that MEP subcontractors adhere to project safety regulations.
• Assist in the testing & commissioning of MEP equipment’s
• Coordination& administration of MEP related material systems & shop drawings submittals.
