Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Configuration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP MDG configuration, data modeling, process modeling, BRF+, DRF, and Floorplan Manager (FPM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP MDG solutions to support enterprise master data governance initiatives while ensuring high data quality, compliance, and streamlined business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP MDG solutions for Customer, Vendor, Material, Business Partner, and Financial master data.
• Design and configure Data Models using SAP MDG Data Modeling framework.
• Develop and maintain Process Models, Change Requests, Workflows, and Governance processes.
• Configure and manage Business Rule Framework Plus (BRF+) for validations, derivations, and business rules.
• Configure Data Replication Framework (DRF) to replicate master data across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Customize Floorplan Manager (FPM) applications and UI configurations for MDG processes.
• Configure staging area, active area, entity types, relationships, and reuse entities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDG solutions.
• Support workflow configuration and integration with SAP Business Workflow.
• Perform data quality analysis and implement governance standards.
• Work closely with ABAP developers on enhancements, BADIs, and custom developments.
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production deployment.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MDG Configuration.
• Expertise in BRF+ configuration for validations, derivations, and decision tables.
• Strong experience in DRF (Data Replication Framework) configuration.
• Hands-on experience with MDG Data Modeling.
• Experience in Process Modeling including Change Requests, Workflows, and Governance processes.
• Strong knowledge of Floorplan Manager (FPM) configuration and UI customization.
• Experience with MDG staging tables, active area, entity types, and reuse areas.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Workflow integration.
• Understanding of SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA Master Data processes.
• Experience working with SAP Fiori applications for MDG is preferred.
• Familiarity with ABAP debugging and enhancement concepts (BADIs, User Exits) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• SAP MDG Certification is preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA MDG implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Data Quality Management and SAP Information Steward is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Experience with MDG Consolidation and Mass Processing.
• Exposure to SAP Data Services or migration tools.
