Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms to support marketing, sales, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Implement and integrate martech tools (marketing automation, CDP, analytics, campaign management).
  • Design and execute customer lifecycle, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across CRM and martech systems.
  • Build and monitor campaign performance dashboards and customer insights.
  • Support automation of marketing workflows and lead management processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer experience through technology and analytics.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10–12 years of experience in CRM and marketing technology roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Experience with marketing automation and martech stack integration.
  • Strong understanding of customer data management, segmentation, and campaign orchestration.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and customer journey optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
