Demonstrate thorough understanding of the company’s business and be able to communicate/convey them successfully in any situation.
•    Identifying profitable business opportunities.
•    Planning & Overseeing New Initiatives.
•    Conducting extensive market research.
•    Excellent understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
•    Endeavour to overcome any obstacles that may prevent targets from being fulfilled.
•    Follow up on potential leads to ensure conversion into work orders/business.
•    Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, net-working activities.
•    Crafting business proposals & contracts to draw in more revenues from new clients.
•    Suggesting/identifying upgrades or services that may be of interest to clients.
•    Creating actionable business strategies.
•    Reviewing clients feedback & implementing necessary changes.
•    Remaining in tune with trends to ensure that our services remain relevant.
•    Demonstrate effective time management and planning abilities.
•    Create long term value for company through clients, markets & partnership.
•    Focus on expanding the company by investigating possible growth prospects, assist & supervise their execution.
•    Ensure meeting business targets & KPI’s specified on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
