Job Description

As Manager of AI and Automation, you will be a key driver of our digital HR transformation agenda. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven and automation solutions—spanning generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation. Working in a vendor-driven delivery model, you will collaborate with HR leaders, COEs, sector DHR teams, IT, and external partners to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions. Your work will simplify processes, enhance decision-making, and elevate employee experience across the globe.

    • Lead global AI/automation initiatives from concept to deployment, owning end-to-end delivery in a vendor-partnered model.
    • Identify high-value use cases across the HR lifecycle (e.g., talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, learning, workforce analytics) where AI and automation can create measurable impact.
    • Partner with HR COEs, IT, and vendors to define requirements, evaluate technologies, and ensure successful implementations.
    • Build and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with the global DHR strategy.
    • Apply agile and iterative delivery models, driving continuous improvement and scaling successful pilots into global rollouts.
    • Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI, embedding guardrails for data privacy, bias reduction, and regulatory compliance.
    • Champion adoption and change management, including stakeholder engagement, training, and capability-building.
    • Monitor outcomes and ROI, refining solutions to maximize efficiency, user experience, and business impact.
    • Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, automation, and digital HR technologies, bringing thought leadership into the organization.
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in HR technology, AI/automation, or digital transformation roles in global or matrixed environments.
    • Proven track record leading AI/automation projects within HR or adjacent domains.
    • Strong understanding of HR platforms, with emphasis on Workday and ServiceNow.
    • Familiarity with leading AI platforms/tools (Microsoft Copilot, UiPath, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, etc.).
    • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to translate complex technology into clear business value.
    • Strong problem-solving, vendor management, and program delivery skills.
    • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving digital change at scale.
