Job Description
1. Content Localization
• Localize global marketing materials for Indian market requirements
• Adapt brochures, web content, videos, seminar materials, and sales tools
• Coordinate with HQ marketing teams to ensure content availability
• Manage translation and localization projects
2. Digital Content Creation
• Create and edit marketing content including brochures, website and social media assets
• Develop visual content for campaigns and engagement activities
• Maintain consistency with branding guidelines
3. Digital Marketing
• Initially support HQ-led website maintenance and optimization, incorporating local requirements, and progressively building local ownership
• Co-develop and manage landing pages and digital campaigns with HQ, with a gradual transition towards locally driven initiatives
• Support webinar planning and execution in coordination with HQ, moving towards greater local initiative over time
• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, contributing insights to strengthen local capabilities
4. Marketing Campaign Management
• Initially execute marketing campaigns under HQ direction, progressively taking a more proactive role in local planning and execution
• Coordinate exhibitions, seminars and workshops led by the local HTIN team, providing support through digital promotion (e.g. website announcements and post-event visibility), customer data management, and CRM integration
• Support product launches in alignment with HQ, evolving towards locally initiated activities
• Develop customer engagement programs, transitioning from HQ-supported to locally driven initiatives
5. Lead Management & Salesforce Coordination
• Manage marketing-generated leads
• Ensure lead tracking through Salesforce
• Generate KPI reports and dashboards
• Analyse lead conversion and performance trends
Indicative Performance Measures
Year 1: Content localization, webinars, exhibitions, website updates, LinkedIn engagement
Year 2+: MQL, conversion rate, campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, sales growth contribution
Person Specification – Essential Requirements Unless Stated
Experience
• 5-8 years experience in B2B marketing • Scientific instruments, life science, industrial technology or high-tech industries preferred such as Thermofisher , Shimadzu, Agilent, Waters, Perkin Elmer, Bruker, Zeiss, Malvern , Panalytical
Experience as Marcom Specialist • Experience in digital marketing and content management • Experience working with multinational organizations
