Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience in Linux system programming.

2. Strong knowledge of POSIX threads (pthreads) and multi-threading concepts.

3. Hands-on experience with Inter-Process Communication (IPC) methods.

4. In-depth understanding of Linux kernel internals, system calls, and process scheduling.

5. Experience working with Linux file systems, packages installations and manipulation.

6. Proficiency in C programming with experience in debugging tools such as GDB, strace, top and perf.

7. Familiarity with shell scripting, perl and python, system administration, and package management (RPM, DEB, etc.).

8. Experience with Linux installation procedures, bootloaders (GRUB, UEFI), and application, binaries, libraries compilation.

9. Understanding of Linux security issues and resolutions, user authentication methods.

10. Understanding of network programming and socket programming is required.

11. Exposure to containerization (Docker, LXC) and virtualization technologies.
