What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Skills
• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, software delivery, or related
work.
• Knowledge of repository management, artifact workflows, CI and CD tools, containers, and
orchestration.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, modern build ecosystems, and SDLC.
• Ability to work with Groovy, Bash, Python, Helm, or YAML when required.
• Ability to lead customer engagements with clear communication, documentation, and
ownership.
• Demonstrated experience providing delivery leadership, peer guidance, or escalation
support within a regional or team-based delivery environment.
Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes),
including supporting both containerized and non-containerized systems.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation or configuration management tools (e.g., shell
scripting, Helm, Ansible, Terraform).
• Familiarity with running Java applications as managed services (not application
development).
• Experience working with networking, load balancing, and storage technologies.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance communication, analysis, or efficiency in support and
operational workflows.
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS platforms or globally distributed systems
