Full Stack Lead Developer (React.js and .NET)
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the React.js and .NET 4.8 and MVC framework.
• Build and maintain server-side applications and RESTful Web APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers, to define project requirements and ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, including troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing software.
• Lead a team of 6-8 Developers, provide them with technical mentoring and guidance on day to day basis.
• Be able to work using source version control using Git.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, coding, code reviews, testing (unit and integration), and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement of development practices and application functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Front-end Expertise: Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, Hooks, Web Accessibility, Tailwind CSS,
• Back-end Expertise: Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
