Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs using Apigee Edge and Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Microservices).
Implement API Proxy development, policies, and custom scripts within Apigee.
Manage API life cycle – publishing, versioning, monitoring, and retirement.
Develop secure APIs with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API Key authentication.
Integrate backend services with API Gateway and manage routing, caching, and transformations.
Work closely with architects and stakeholders to define API strategies and standards.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for API deployment.
Troubleshoot and optimize API performance, logging, and error handling.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and scalability standards.
Prepare technical documentation for APIs, proxies, and integration workflows.
