We’re looking for a Java developer experienced in building Network Management Systems (NMS) and Element Management Systems (EMS), with hands-on knowledge of telecom/network protocols and FCAPS functionality. You’ll design and develop services for alarms, performance, inventory, and topology; integrate northbound/southbound interfaces; and ensure scalable, reliable network management solutions.

• Java (8/11/17), strong in Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, concurrency, collections, and JVM performance.
• Practical experience with NMS/EMS feature development and FCAPS.
• Hands-on with networking protocols:

• SNMP (MIBs, SMI, traps/informs, SNMPv3 auth/privacy)
• NETCONF/YANG; optionally RESTCONF
• Syslog, CLI/SSH, TL1 (for legacy/vendor EMS)
