Key Responsibilities

• Architect and Design:
  • Create robust architectures for NMS/EMS platforms using Java technologies.
  • Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices for system design.
• Development Leadership:
  • Guide development teams in implementing architectural solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to design patterns.
• Integration & Protocols:
  • Work with SNMP, NETCONF, YANG, and other network protocols.
  • Design RESTful APIs and microservices for system integration.
• Collaboration:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Innovation & Optimization:
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate them into architecture.
  • Conduct impact analysis for new requirements and propose scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
  • Hands-on experience with NMS/EMS frameworks and network protocols (SNMP, NETCONF, YANG).
• Architecture & Design:
  • Proven experience in designing large-scale, distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented principles, and microservices architecture.
• Database Skills:
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Graph DB, Cassandra preferred).
• Domain Knowledge:
  • Exposure to Optical Transport Networks and Open Standards is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
