Job Description
· Act as an interpreter between Japanese and English-speaking employees and management.
· Translate documents, emails, and reports (Japanese ⇄ English) accurately and professionally.
· Assist in IT recruitment – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with Japanese-speaking candidates.
· Liaise between Japan and India offices for HR and recruitment-related matters.
· Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translation and HR-related work.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· JLPT N3 or higher certification (mandatory).
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· 2–5 years of experience in interpretation, HR operations, or IT recruitment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese and English (both spoken and written).
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Experience working with multinational teams will be an added advantage.
