IT Service Engineer (NCS/Job/ 2298)

1) Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.

2) Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for printers and IT peripherals.

3) Respond to service calls and resolve issues at client sites or remotely.

4) Maintain service logs, reports, and inventory of spare parts.

5) Coordinate with the sales and BD teams for smooth post-sales support.

6) Educate customers on product usage and basic troubleshooting.
