Job Description

Technical Project Manager Key Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership
    • Understand cloud operations at scale, including architecture, networking, infrastructure, and security.
    • Provide technical guidance and oversight to development/support teams.
    • Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
    • Presentation preparation and presentation skills
  2. Project Planning & Execution
    • Define project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
    • Well versed to draft Project Plan in MPP
    • Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
    • Well versed to steer Project phases requirement gathering , design, build , handover phases for success closer of Project.
    • Organize and lead status meetings, prepare progress reports, and manage deviations from plans.
    • Escalation management
    • Scope Creep Management
    • Change Request management for commercial against new requirement
  3. Risk & Issue Management
    • Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
    • Implement innovative solutions to remove project obstacles.
    • Maintain Compliance Register , Action Tracker, Learning Tracker of Project
    • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
  4. Stakeholder & Communication Management
    • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective governance.
    • Maintain clear communication paths across teams and customers.
  5. Team Development & Leadership
    • Promote empowerment and engagement within the team.
    • Working with WMG , TA team to fulfil the skill gap for the success of Project
    • Mentor team members and provide timely feedback. Conflict Management
    • Remove roadblocks and leverage organizational resources for capacity building.
  6. Quality Assurance & Compliance
    • Ensure quality, architecture reviews, and documentation.
    • Ensure adherence to compliance standards, SLA’s and best practices.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.

  • Strong technical acumen (cloud, IT infrastructure, software development life cycle).
