Requirements:

6 to 8 years of Techno-Functional experience with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (FIC) module

Must have hands-on experience in Fusion Incentive Comp functionalities: Compensation Plan, Plan Components, Performance Measure, Rate Table

Must have Experience with business process modelling and simplification

Must have Experience with fusion data analysis and reporting

Must have Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Must have Experience with CRM and HCM cloud systems (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud)

Should have Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Should have ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have readiness to work in different shifts on rotational basis, including weekend on-call support

Must have good understanding of Service level agreements framework
