Technical Lead – IFS Cloud FSM

Location: India

Role Overview

The Technical Lead owns technical solution delivery for FSM rollout and enhancements, ensuring robust, secure, and upgrade‑safe implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery

• Lead CRIM development, Aurena extensions, and configurations
• Design and implement integrations and reports
• Ensure compliance with IFS Cloud extensibility standards

Team Leadership

• Guide and review work of technical consultants
• Enforce coding, security, and performance standards

Lifecycle Support

• Support upgrades, deployments, and environment management
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues

Required Experience & Skills

• 9 to 12 years in IFS technical roles
• Strong expertise in IFS Cloud, Aurena, CRIM
• Certification on IFS Cloud Service Management and PSO
• Integration and reporting experience
• Ability to work closely with solution architects and functional leads
