IBM Maximo (NCS/Job/ 2054)

We are seeking a skilled IBM Maximo Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Maximo Asset Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of asset lifecycle management and strong technical proficiency in Maximo configuration and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize IBM Maximo Asset Management modules (Work Order, Asset, Inventory, Procurement, etc.)

• Develop and maintain workflows, escalations, and automation scripts

• Participate in Maximo implementations, upgrades, and migrations

• Integrate Maximo with external systems using REST APIs, web services, or middleware

• Perform system administration tasks: user setup, security groups, domains, and cron tasks

• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into Maximo solutions

• Provide support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Maximo environments

• Create technical documentation, user manuals, and conduct end-user training

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience with IBM Maximo (preferably version 7.6 or later)

• Strong understanding of Maximo application designer, database configuration, and conditional expressions

• Experience in BIRT report development

• Knowledge of Java, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Jython)

• Hands-on experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)

• Familiarity with cloud deployments (IBM Maximo Application Suite on AWS/Azure) is a plus

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

• IBM Maximo Certification is a plus (e.g., Maximo Asset Management v7.x Functional Analyst or Deployment Professional)
