Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain HIL test cases and test scripts for ECU/vehicle-level validation.

Work with dSPACE / Vector / NI HIL systems for real-time simulation and validation.

Validate features such as powertrain, chassis, ADAS, infotainment, or body control systems depending on project scope.

Analyze requirements and design test scenarios to ensure functional coverage.

Perform defect analysis, logging, and tracking using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Doors).

Automate tests using Python, CAPL, or MATLAB/Simulink scripting.

Support model-in-the-loop (MIL), software-in-the-loop (SIL), and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) validation.

Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (functional safety) and automotive quality processes (ASPICE).

Work closely with developers and system engineers to reproduce and debug issues.
Mandatory Skills:
-
Strong experience in HIL testing for automotive ECUs.

Hands-on experience with dSPACE/Vector CANoe/NI PXI HIL environments.

Proficiency in CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet communication protocols.

Test automation skills using Python, CAPL, or MATLAB/Simulink.

Knowledge of ECU diagnostics (UDS, OBD-II, ISO 14229).

Familiarity with requirement management and defect tracking tools.
