Role: HEPS (HOLMES End Point Solution) — Automation design, development & deployment, customer discussion, new feature addition
Band: B3
Skill Required:
Expertise in HEPS (HOLMES End Point Solution) architecture, including agent-based and web-based automation design, self-healing workflows, and endpoint problem detection & resolution.
• Hands-on experience in automation framework development using Python, with the ability to build, test, and deploy scalable endpoint automation solutions.
• Proficiency in AD (Active Directory) integration for endpoint identity management, policy enforcement, and user provisioning.
• Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation experience, including configuration and troubleshooting across HEPS modules and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of ML/NLP-based automation for intelligent problem detection, root cause analysis, and self-healing triggers within endpoint environments.
• Experience with local and public LLM integration for building AI-assisted automation agents, intelligent diagnostics, and prompt-driven endpoint resolution workflows.
• Good understanding of data science toolkits & libraries (PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter, etc.) for developing data-driven automation models and analytics dashboards.
• Understanding of AI data privacy policy, including responsible use of AI/ML models in endpoint data handling and compliance with organizational data governance standards.
• Expertise in prompt engineering for designing effective LLM-driven automation prompts and optimizing AI-assisted resolution accuracy.
• Experience in admin portal configuration, including problem detection rules, public solution scheduling, and target endpoint management.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder communication skills for requirement gathering, solution demos, and feature enhancement discussions.
