Healthcare Solutions Lead (NCS/Job/ 3297)

Note: Must have operated as Senior/Lead/Architect, driving high-level design, architecture, and planning using the above stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Define architecture, standards, and roadmaps for EHR, analytics, and telehealth systems.

• Lead integrations: HL7, FHIR, DICOM via APIs/integration engines.

• Drive system design, microservices architecture, and tech decisions.

• Ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance and security best practices.

• Establish CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native deployments.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on in Node.js (Nest.js), Python, PostgreSQL, Angular.

• Expertise in microservices, APIs, and system design.

• Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability (HL7/FHIR/DICOM).

• Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes.

• Solid grasp of security, compliance, and scalable data systems.

Preferred

• 5–10 years IT, 3+ years healthcare.

• Experience with Epic/Cerner, HIE systems.

• Exposure to AI/ML or analytics in healthcare.
