Role Overview
AWS Cloud & Partnerships Leader would be responsible to build, scale and own our AWS ecosystem. This role will drive cloud strategy, strengthen AWS partnership maturity and align cloud offerings across Engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, Data Engineering, QA, and RPA practices. Key Responsibilities
AWS Partnership & Alliances
•
Own end-to-end AWS partnership strategy (programs, competencies, tier upgrades)
•
Act as primary interface with AWS Partner Managers and solution teams
•
Drive AWS-funded initiatives, POCs, migrations, and co-sell motions
Cloud Practice Leadership
•
Build and scale AWS Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE)
•
Standardize architectures, best practices, and delivery frameworks
•
Define cloud-native solution offerings aligned to: Web & Mobile Engineering, QA & Automation, DevOps & Platform Engineering, AI/ML & Data Engineering
Revenue & Growth Enablement
•
Partner with Sales & Pre-sales to support cloud-led deals
•
Enable solutioning, estimations, and proposal reviews
•
Drive cloud-led account expansion and modernization opportunities
Technical & Delivery Oversight
•
Provide architectural guidance for complex AWS implementations
•
Ensure best practices around security, scalability, and cost optimization
•
Mentor senior architects and engineering leaders
Talent & Capability Building
•
Drive AWS certification and upskilling roadmap
•
Identify capability gaps and build internal cloud talent
•
Foster a strong cloud engineering culture Skills & Experience

Proven experience handling AWS partnership in a 700+ employee organization
➢
Strong hands-on understanding of AWS services & architectures
➢
Experience across DevOps, Cloud Migration, Data, AI/ML workloads
➢
Ability to bridge business, sales, and deep technical teams
➢
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
➢
Experience in boutique consulting or scaling practices from scratch, preferred
➢
Exposure to RPA platforms and cloud automation, preferred
➢
AWS Professional / Specialty Certifications, preferred
